See Inside WebFX March 2020: Out With the Cold, in With the New

I’m not sure about you, but our team had a little extra ~spring~ in their step this past month as we look forward to the warmer months ahead.

The anticipation of days spent working in our courtyard, outside team events, and mid-day riverside walks gets our team excited. Every month is a fun one at WebFX, and we made sure March 2020 was no exception!

From welcoming back a company favorite – food trucks!! – to hitting our company-wide goals, you could say our team was certainly down to business and up for any challenges.

We have a lot on the agenda for the months ahead, but let’s take a moment to look back on all the fun we had in March!

FeastFX Food Trucks

As the smell of the first food truck of the season made its way through our office, you could feel the peaked enthusiasm. Our team eagerly anticipates the return of FeastFX, our weekly rotating Food Truck lineup. We love having the opportunity to bring additional food options to our team to change up their lunch breaks.

We introduced what’s likely to be a new favorite – Grappling Crab Shack – & said hello again to 717 Tacos who often steals the show.

We have many more team favorites, like Lucky Penny Burger, on the lineup who will make an appearance at the FXCampus in the weeks and months to come.

Snow Tubing at Ski Round Top

March really was snow much fun 😉 Each month our team sets individual SMART goals to work on over the course of the month, which can earn us epic goal prizes. During the month of February, our team worked hard to knock out their goals and earn us a team snow tubing trip. Our team kicked the remainder of the winter weather by celebrating on the slopes at a local mountain resort, Ski Roundtop!

We loved seeing our coworkers and their family and friends spending the day together out on the tubing slopes.

Ongoing Learning Celebrations

Recently, we’ve had the privilege to celebrate many team members working hard outside the office to knock out Ongoing Learning resources.

From ice cream celebrations for hitting the 100-point club to dinner outings for racking up 300 plus points, our team is dedicated to remaining ahead in the industry, and we think that’s well worth celebrating.

In March, one of our #BestCoworkersInPA celebrated her 300-point milestone and took her team out for beer, tacos, and trivia at a local hotspot, compliments of WebFX. We can’t wait for all the milestone celebrations to come in the months ahead!

Pi-Day

Pi Day is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant 3.14. Pi Day is observed on March 14 since 3, 1, and 4 are the first three significant digits of Pi. Our team loves a good celebration, so we celebrated with a make-your-own pie bar, decked out with all the fillings and fixin’s to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings.

Team members joined in our atrium for a mid-day break and to put their pie-making skills to the test. This was one ~sweet~ way to break up the workday.

Virtual Game Nights & Happy Hours

When our team can’t see each other in person, we still make the most of our virtual setups.

During the tail-end of March, we hosted a few virtual game nights and happy hours for our team to share laughs and create shared memories.

Onto Warmer Months

With warmer weather, always comes a renewed vibrancy among our team, and we can’t wait to put it to use as we dive into new projects, set new goals, and reach new heights. Stick around to see what we dive into during the month of April!
