What is STEMFX?
At WebFX, we accept responsibility, work with integrity, and give back to others. We believe in a diverse work environment that helps foster ongoing learning and a growth mindset within our company and our community. Our core values align with the impact we hope to continue making.
Through our FXBuilds & FXServes programs, we have donated thousands of dollars within our local and global community, but we’ve since expanded our efforts to align with the future growth opportunities our industry provides. We created our STEMFX program to help build upon the skillsets of the future within our local community.

How STEMFX Works
Offered twice a year in September and February, STEMFX is a WebFX program that provides students from nine local high schools—including Harrisburg High, SciTech, Steelton-Highspire, McCaskey, Columbia, Lampeter Strasburg, William Penn, Dover, and York Tech—an opportunity to grow their skills in tech and marketing. The first 15 students accepted on a first-come, first-served basis can choose from eight industry-focused courses, such as Web Development or Social Media Marketing. Participants have five months to complete their learning path and become eligible for a $500 grant, which can be used toward tech purchases or further education.
